MEETING 1 JANE 2016 SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS

Larry asked that the Rotary Ideals Scholarship winners to stand up and introduce themselves:

 

Zachery Vallery will be attending UC Santa Barbara, majoring in mathematical sciences.

Emily Nunez will be attending Chico State with a double major in agriculture educ. and animal science.

Emma Manoukian will be attending Cal Poly SLO studying agricultural business and hopes to return to become an agricultural attorney.

Bailey Armbright will be attending Chico State with a major in interior architecture.

Mary Kelley Crmich will be attending Cal State Monterey Bay with a major in business.

 

Larry wanted the members of the club to see the results of our fund raising efforts in acknowledging this year’s winners of the scholarship.  It is an impressive group of students and the scholarship committee this year is working to set up a program so that we can help address the need and requirement for year two and three.  Larry wanted to recognize Richard Hillman for all his help in making this year’s scholarship program.
